This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rental of the property known as Vino Villa.

By booking and paying for accommodation at Vino Villa, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

No additional signature is required. Booking and payment constitute acceptance of these terms.

Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available only with prior approval.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests unless otherwise approved by the Owner.

Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.

Vino Villa is intended for the exclusive use of the registered guests only.

Visitors or additional guests are not permitted on the property unless prior written permission is received from the Owner.

Guests must park on the street unless specific permission has been granted by the Owner to park elsewhere.

Guests must follow all local parking bylaws and restrictions.

Vino Villa is not responsible for tickets, towing, or parking violations.

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

The Owner reserves the right to charge a security deposit or charge the payment method used for booking for:

• Damage to the property or furnishings
• Missing items
• Excessive cleaning required
• Violations of house rules

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party.

Minor accidental damage may occur during a stay. Guests agree to promptly report any damage to the Owner.

At the Owner’s discretion, minor accidental damage may be waived. However, guests remain responsible for any significant damage, negligence, or rule violations.

Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the guest if necessary.

A standard cleaning fee is included with each reservation to cover normal cleaning after checkout.

Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition.

An additional cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required due to:

• Unusual mess or damage
• Stains on furniture, bedding, or carpets
• Excess garbage left on the property
• Evidence of smoking inside the property
• Failure to follow house rules resulting in additional cleaning

The amount charged will reflect the actual additional cleaning costs incurred.

Cancellation terms are defined at the time of booking.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy agreed to during the reservation process.

Guests agree to respect the property and comply with the following rules.

Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbours and local bylaws.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.

Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Guests must maintain the property in a clean and respectful condition during their stay.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age.

To ensure compliance with quiet hours and prevent parties, the property may use noise monitoring technology that measures decibel levels only.

These devices do not record conversations or audio.

If excessive noise is detected, the Owner may contact guests to resolve the issue.

Repeated violations may result in termination of the stay without refund.

For security purposes, the property may have exterior security cameras monitoring entry points.

There are no cameras inside the property.

The Owner is not responsible for:

• Accidents
• Injuries
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their party during their stay.

The Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if guests violate this Agreement or the house rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

By booking and paying for accommodation at Vino Villa, the guest confirms that they:

• Have read this Rental Agreement
• Agree to follow all house rules
• Accept responsibility for their party during the stay

This Agreement forms a binding contract between the guest and the Owner.
